Advancing single-cell biology with integrated imaging and sequencing

We accelerate the development of high-value biologics, one cell at a time

By combining live cell analysis with scalable single-cell genomics, our versatile platform emphasizes functional relevance to accelerate the translation of genomic discoveries into clinical applications. Our team of experts collaborates closely with customers, tailoring solutions to meet specific goals and ensuring streamlined workflow integration to deliver meaningful results.

Innovating to unlock
cellular function

Today, microscopy and sequencing are often approached as separate disciplines, limiting our ability to fully understand cellular complexity. Our integrated platform overcomes this challenge by combining high-resolution fluorescence microscopy with single-cell sequencing, providing both visual and genomic insights in a single workflow. This seamless integration enables researchers to capture cellular heterogeneity with unprecedented depth and precision.

Imaging meets genomics: A comprehensive solution

Typically, scientists must choose between observing their cells under a microscope or analyzing their molecular profile through sequencing. Flexomics bridges this gap, capturing the complexity of cellular heterogeneity by linking visual cellular features with genomic data to provide a comprehensive view of biological systems. Our platform combines the power of fluorescence microscopy with single-cell genomics, enabling the exploration of both phenotypic and molecular characteristics within an integrated, end-to-end workflow.

1.Cell loading

Live cells are loaded / cultured and assayed onto our picowell chip containing optically encoded and mapped capture beads.

2. Phenotypic measurement

Fluorescence-based functional data are collected by imaging on standard inverted microscopes.

3. Molecular profiling

Cells are lysed, nucleic acids are captured, barcoded, and processed for sequencing. Single-cell genomic readouts are correlated back to each individual cell.

Visualize. Decode. Discover.
