About Flexomics

Function. Phenotype.
Transcriptome. Linked.

Flexomics develops integrated workflows for functional single-cell biology. Our platform enables researchers to culture, assay, image, and sequence the same cells within a microscope-compatible consumable format.

Designed for flexibility, FLEX supports live-cell and functional assays on complex biological samples, including primary cells, while preserving the connection between cellular behavior and molecular identity.

Our Approach

Interrogate complex biological systems at single-cell resolution.

Many single-cell workflows separate molecular profiling from live-cell function. FLEX is designed to preserve that connection.

By integrating imaging, functional assays, and transcriptomic readouts into a single workflow, researchers can study how cells behave, interact, respond, and evolve across heterogeneous populations and physiologically relevant samples.

About us

Built by experts in single-cell biology, genomics and functional profiling.

Flexomics combines expertise in single-cell sequencing, systems immunology, microscopy, microfluidics, and assay development to create integrated workflows for functional single-cell discovery.
